BB芝士的疑問

 呢篇係舊 blog啦﹗不過見好多媽媽都仲有參考,所以當新 blog咁係呢邊 post多一次﹗

比大頭妹食芝士之前,我上網睇過好多媽媽的 "討論",講幾時開始比 BB食芝士,食咩牌子好﹗之後我買咗好多唔同的芝士,又再上網睇咗好多資料,所以決定出一篇 BLOG同大家分享下﹗其中有一個網站的資料好詳細,大家都可以去睇下: http://www.homemade-baby-food-recipes.com/when-can-my-baby-eat-cheese.html

好先講幾時開始食﹗英國就建議 6個月後就可以食,美國就大多建議 9個月- 1歲﹗多數香港媽媽都建議等 BB 1歲之後先開始食芝士 (中國人是小心啲﹗),大頭妹一向都有皮膚敏感,所以我都等大頭妹 1歲之後先比芝士佢食﹗不過資料話芝士同乳酪都好少會引起食物敏感,但有濕疹的話都要小心食﹗

之前係JUSCO見過雪印一隻 BB芝士,是寫明比 1歲的 BB食的﹗不過日本東北地震之後,就成日都無貨﹗之後見網上好多媽咪都介紹去 CITY SUPER買一隻日本出的 Q.B.B. 芝士,我見佢都有啲卡通的包裝,好似真是比小朋友食咁﹗我又照買啦﹗點知...大家睇落去就明白啦﹗


最近先有返貨,我地即刻就買咗﹗因為呢隻先係寫明 1歲芝士﹗$29.9/ 6片 (每片 12g),即每 g為 $0.415

睇返佢的鈉,真是最低,12g都只是 74mg﹗平均 1g是 6.16mg﹗

就是呢隻網上好多媽咪推介的﹗ 我見佢有米老鼠,好似 TARGET小朋友,所以就買咗啦﹗不過睇晒成個包裝,都無話是比幾大的小朋友食﹗1包有 8粒,$16.9,即 1g為 $0.423,最貴﹗

點知佢的鈉是 15g (3粒)就有 187mg,平均 1g就有 12.46mg﹗同我地食開的 KRAFT 芝士片沒有分別﹗不過,如果比BB食,我都是 1次比 1粒﹗佢 1粒只是 5g﹗

Q.B.B. 仲有另一個包裝,一粒是 15g﹗$21.9有4粒,即 1g為 $0.365﹗

1粒的鈉是 154mg,反而比有米老鼠的包裝少﹗平均每 1g是 10.26mg﹗

再講下 KRAFT同笑牛牌﹗
一片 KRAFT芝士片是 20.5g,只是 $29.5/ 包 (10片),1g即是 $0.144﹗最平﹗

如果買 LIGHT,每1g其實只有 10.87mg的鈉﹗比好多媽咪推介的 Q.B.B. 其實仲少鈉﹗﹗﹗不過都見佢成份有 COLOURS同 PRESERVATIVE﹗


笑牛牌的芝士粒粒﹗同 Q.B.B. 米老鼠粒粒芝士一樣都是 5g一粒﹗比 BB食會方便少少﹗一盒 15粒就 $29.9,平均 1g是 $0.383﹗

笑牛牌比 Q.B.B 更加岩 BB食,1g只有大約 8.2mg的鈉﹗比雪印的 1歲 BB芝士高少少咋﹗

講咗咁耐﹗咁究竟 BB可以吸收幾多鈉呢?英國食品標準局建議,嬰兒及幼兒每日鈉的建議最高攝取量為,初生至12個月 400mg,1歲至3歲 800mg,3歲至8歲 1200mg,12歲以下 1600mg,12歲以上 2000mg。 2000mg,只是等於一茶匙鹽咋﹗咁即是食以上任何一隻都唔會超標﹗各位媽咪可以自行應個人喜好選擇

睇左你呢篇BLOG真係明哂呀! 我BB最近有D 厭奶粉...佢下個月一歲喇, 我而家諗緊要唔要轉鮮奶同埋比D 芝士佢食...跟住就搵到你個個BLOG....真係唔該哂你~

  1. just for information sharing .. La vache qui rit cheese (笑牛牌) is considered bad for health for many reasons. First, it is actually made from scrap/old cheeses and in order to kill the bacteria in these old cheeses, this product is cooked with very high températures which destroy the nutrition in the food. Also, manufacturer adds addictives (chemicals) to this product to make the cheese cubes soft. You can read some articles about these facts, but most articles are in french. It is better for anybody to eat real cheese (without the added chemicals).
