其實好得意我好似大個囡都未跟過大頭婆婆學煮餸 (打電話問功課都有嘅),因為通常做阿媽嘅都唔捨得個囡做,以前未搬出去住,根本都唔洗自己煮,不過我鍾意自己煮,以前學生年代我有時都會煮下西餐/ 日本菜比媽咪食,中菜就等阿媽煮,又唔會煮得有阿媽煮嘅咁好食﹗
今日去姑媽屋企食飯,我話得煮啦﹗帶住大頭小丸...其實唔係太想出街食﹗未決定去姑媽屋企之前,帶大頭妹去北角上 JOLLY KINGDOM,順便買餸,已經買咗牛肩肉,同埋帶子,帶埋去姑媽屋企,求其買菜芯,再煮個蕃茄蛋,再煲個粟米湯就夠晒啦﹗
買完返去煮的時候...先記得...其實得從來未炒過菜芯炒牛肉,亦未成功煮過蕃茄炒蛋。上一次煮蕃茄炒蛋,我只是煮咗 "車厘茄奄列",難食到暈...阿旺叫我下次唔好再煮...當時剛剛搬出嚟住...自始之後...我就無再煮過﹗
今次終於成功啦﹗WAHAHAHAHA...是我煮架﹗大頭妹仲好鍾意食,我返去要教埋工姐姐煮﹗
菜芯炒牛肉,買咗靚牛...點煮都好味啦﹗不過又係我第一次煮﹗
叉燒,姑媽屋企附近有一間餐廳的叉燒好好味﹗呢道買咗 $80﹗
UM...好似 $15@,不過唔係幾好食...好似 "扇貝" 好食啲﹗呢款唔夠鮮味,係好大隻囉﹗
